These beautiful sheer panels soften the straight lines in this garden room. A palette of greens, yellows, blues, and pinks makes this room bloom.
You will need:
- Sheer curtain fabric
- Patterned fabric
- Sewing machine
- Clothes iron
- Tape measure
- Straight pins
- Scissors
Here's how:
The sheers let all the sunshine in, while the top fabric adds style.
1. With right sides and raw edges together, press patterned fabric in half to make a strip; sew sides. Turn right side out.
2. Press under raw bottom edge.
3. Press under sides and bottom edge of sheers; sew hems.
4. Slip top edge of sheer to the inside of the patterned fabric; pin and topstitch along bottom of cap to secure.
5. From remaining patterned fabric, sew fourteen fabric ties for each panel.
6. Sew pairs in even increments to panel top; tie onto a curtain rod.
