Here's how: 1. Carefully remove the glass and backing from the frames - set aside.
2. Use a paint brush to apply an even coat of sealer to the frames. Let dry then use the sandpaper to sand smooth.
3. Use paintbrush to paint each frame one of the three colours, plus the paper backings from each frame. Let dry before applying another coat to each piece.
4. Cut the daisy heads from the stem, cutting three for each frame. Use the paintbrush to paint the centres of the flowers - three of each colour. Let dry and paint on a second coat. Set aside.
5. To create the small circles of the design, dip one end of the straw into a lighter shade. Look at the end of the straw to make sure no bubble has formed, and then press the straw on the frame forming a circle. Dip the end in the paint again and continue adding circles randomly onto the frame, dipping into the paint for each circle.
6. Dip the wood end of the brush into a different colour and dot the paint inside each one of the circles. Continue with the remaining dots on the frame dipping into the paint for each dot. Continue with the other frames referring to photo for colour placement. Let dry.
7. Use a flat brush to apply a coat of the varnish to each frame.
8. Apply double-sided tape to the back of each photo, position onto the painted backing and press to secure. Clean the glass sheet and lay in frame then layer the remaining backing pieces in place.
9. Use scissors to snip the remaining stem of the daisy head to about 5mm. Apply a dot of glue to the back of the flower and position into place at the top of each frame, gluing three to each frame. Let dry.
